  My appointment had to be scheduled several weeks out, and was then cancelled on the day of and pushed back another TWO weeks. When I did finally get seen, Dr. Richardson barely listened to me, admitted he wasn't listening to me, asked me to repeat myself, and then didn't listen to me a second time. He compared my situation to "fleas and ticks", gave me two conflicting diagnoses, then treated me for both of them. I asked the nurse to check if the services would be covered by my insurance, and she said it would be "completely covered." Neither treatment has solved my pain, which would be bad enough, but I also received two separate bills for the service that I was told was "completely covered" by my insurance. I have tried to call to pay my bill, but despite their recording saying they're open until 1 on Fridays, my calls have been routed to their message saying they're closed for the day. This office practices bad medicine and bad business. Avoid them if at all possible.

  Dr. Richardson is a very experienced Orthopedist, I have been to at least 10 different Doctors in the Military and Civilian who were not able to diagnose a problem with my wrist and he figured out the problem in a matter of 30 seconds with some careful thought and tests. A+ Doctor if you are looking to be cared for go see Dr. Richardson
